Up at the same time every day - should not be the dawn! And go to bed at the same time each day.

Prepare daily activities - research work on the website, sending emails to contacts, send a curriculum vitae, job application, and phone calls. Make a list or a chart and check off when they are ready.

Use a time management tool - something as simple as a list or table. Use a grid to help you prioritize what to do - for example: what is important / not important and urgent / not urgent.

Keep a book a day - in a page type to do the next page and make notes, then it is very easy to go back and check what the result of a call or email was.

Keep a list of what contact you and when to follow up. Mark your calendar and set an alert on your phone when surveillance.

To use social media - Facebook, Twitter and linked to - find out what is happening and who does what.

Give yourself a gift when you have finished your job and possibly go to the gym, go swimming, watch a movie, bake a cake, paint your nails have a dip in the bath or call your best friend.

Exercise is a great way to help you stay positive that exercise releases endorphins positive. Why not form a 5k or 10k race, if you have something else to focus not only on your job search.

Learn something new when you're not working. It keeps the brain active, to give you something to think about and stay positive. And you can learn something new that could become a new skill that can help you earn money.
